Cutlery forceps/tongs that have a lower 4 and upper jaw 5 that are pivotally 1 attached together, and manipulated by the thumb of the user and fingers of the user, thereby allowing the user to hold cooked food items without getting sticky or dirty fingers. The lower jaw is serrated 4 and preferably in the form of two arms in a U-shaped configuration. The upper jaw is preferably in the form of a rod element 5. The lower jaw is manipulated by the user's thumb that may be accommodated in a thumb stall 3 on the handle extending from the lower jaw. The upper jaw is manipulated by the fingers of the user via a finger grip 2 on the handle extending from the rod element. Preferably the forceps/tongs are made from stainless steel or polyamides, polycarbonates or urea melamine polymers. |
