A mounting apparatus for a convenient device is provided to improve the quality of sound by guiding the sound, which is output rearward in a vehicle, toward a front of the vehicle using a sound guide unit. A mounting apparatus for a convenient device comprises a housing(10) for fixing a convenient device(1), which outputs sound of a speaker(2) rearward in a vehicle, to an inside of the vehicle. A sound guide unit(20) is provided in the housing. The sound guide unit forms a U-shape pathway to guide the sound from the speaker toward a user positioned at a front of the convenient device. The sound guide unit includes a sound input unit(21) into which the sound generated rearward from the speaker is input. A sound pathway unit(22) forms a pathway for the sound input into the sound input unit. A sound output unit(23) outputs the sound toward the user.
