A trench-form structure is provided to adjust draining slope of a trench foam accurately by screwing a support bolt with a support nut and then fixing the adjusted trench form firmly by a fixing nut. A trench-form structure comprises a trench form(30), a support bolt(40), a support nut(50), and a fixing nut(60). A trench is formed by a foundation concrete(10) distributed with foundation reinforcing bars(12), and a pressing concrete(20). The trench foam has a bottom foam(31) and side foams(32) integrated at ends of two sides of the bottom foam, and is formed with mounting holes(37). The support bolt has a head(42) vertically buried in the foundation concrete. The support nut adjusts the draining slope of the trench. The fixing nut is screwed with the support bolt to fix the trench foam. The support bolt has a notch(44) to guide shear rupture of the support bolt. |
