<p>A base station comprises means for managing a multicast group, to which a mobile station belongs, timing deciding means for deciding a different frequency measuring timing or a timing for a mobile station to measure the signal of a frequency different from that of the cell within the range, and transmission means for transmitting data. The timing deciding means assigns the same different frequency measuring timing to at least two mobile stations belonging to the same multicast group. The transmission means transmits the data to the mobile station in the multicast group while avoiding the different frequency measuring timing.</p> |
