A weather strip of a hood for automobile is provided to prevent user's hand from being injured by filling a space between a hood and a radiator support member with front and rear blocking units. A weather strip of a hood for automobile comprises front and rear blocking units(2-1,2-2), and an elastic unit(3). Both front and rear blocking unit is fastened to a front part(53) of a hood by a clip(1) and placed between a hood(H) and a radiator support member(R) when the hood is closed. The elastic unit extends from the rear blocking unit and contact with the radiator support member. The front and rear blocking units interposed between the hood and the radiator support member prevent winds from entering the space between the hood and the radiator support member. The elastic unit contacts with the radiator support member securely so that the inside of an engine room is isolated from the outside.
