摘要 An electroluminescence device and a method for fabricating and driving the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost and simplify a manufacturing process by using a simple method such as a spin coating process and a thermosetting process. An electroluminescence device includes a semiconductor substrate(110), an insulating polymer thin film(130), a transparent electrode(150), a source electrode(160), and a drain electrode(170). The semiconductor substrate includes a source region(120) and a drain region(125). The insulating polymer thin film is formed on a middle region between the source region and the drain region and includes metal oxide nano particles(140) distributed inside. The transparent electrode is formed on the insulating polymer thin film. The source electrode is formed on the source region. The drain electrode is formed on the drain region.
