A power conversion/transmission apparatus is provided to easily change the rotation amount and revolution of a rotating shaft by repeatedly rotating the rotating shaft forwardly or reversely through the conversion of one-way rotating force of a motor. A flywheel(20) is coupled with a power generator(10), and is rotated by a rotating force generated by the power generator. A connecting rod(30) is eccentrically coupled with the flywheel to convert the rotation movement of the flywheel into a reciprocating straight movement. A gear unit is forwardly or reversely rotated by the reciprocating straight movement of the connecting rod. A rotating shaft(70) is forwardly or reversely rotated by the forward or reverse movement of the gear unit.
