A battery module is provided to heat unit cells efficiently, thereby producing desired generating power even in a low-temperature environment. A battery module includes many unit cells and barriers(12) disposed between the unit cells, wherein a heating member(15) is installed in the barrier. The barrier comprises a plate-like base(12a) and many prominences(12b) protruded from the base. The heating member comprises hot wires. The hot wire is formed of any one of iron chrome wires, nichrome wires, and carbon hot wires. The heating member is formed in a plate shape. The heating member is installed inside the base. |
