An absorption type refrigerator is provided to simplify the thermal capacity for a hot regenerator and to reduce manufacturing cost, and to perform a supply control for heating load. An absorption type refrigerator(100) comprises a thermal capacity enhancing unit having a plurality of hot regenerators(1) to increase thermal capacity of the heat supply. The absorption refrigerator supplies heat to cold water or hot water based on a refrigerant vapor vaporized from suction liquid by the hot regenerator. A series connection unit connecting a plurality of hot regenerators in a series is provided by offering a suction liquid(1aw) of a hot regenerator(1w) and a refrigerant vapor(1bw) in a previous stage to the hot regenerator in a next stage through a tubular passageway(10w).
