CERAMIC CAPACITOR, DIELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric ceramic composition capable of more lowering sintering temperature thereby reducing manufacturing man-hours, and to provide a ceramic capacitor capable of reducing manufacturing man-hours.

SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition 20 is used for the ceramic capacitor, consists essentially of a perovskite type multiple oxide such as barium titanate and is manufactured by energizing and sintering the perovskite type multiple oxide with DC pulse current under a pressure. The particle diameter of powder of the perovskite type multiple oxide is ≤0.3 μm.
