<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recombinant human tyrosinase, and to provide a method for producing the tyrosinase. <P>SOLUTION: The transmembrane region-removed recombinant human tyrosinase and the method for producing the tyrosinase are provided, in more detail, the recombinant human tyrosinase obtained by expressing a human tyrosinase gene from which a transmembrane region positioned at the carboxy terminal is removed and separating and purifying the expressed human tyrosinase, and a method for producing the tyrosinase, are provided. The production method has effect capable of mass-producing the recombinant human tyrosinase exhibiting high enzyme activity without forming insoluble aggregate (inclusion body) and has effects that the purifying step is simple and the purification yield is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
