PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-contaminated soil treatment apparatus convertible from an existing asphalt plant, which utilizes existing asphalt plant facilities and can also treat oil-contaminated soil through some additional provision or modification of the facilities. SOLUTION: In an asphalt plant facility (A) including a drier (5), an aggregate vibration screen (11), a metering device (13), and a mixer (4) and constructed to supply a raw material heat-treated by the drier (5) into the aggregate vibration screen (11) through a transfer means (3), a cooling/dust-proof water addition apparatus (15) for the contaminated soil heat-treated by the drier is additionally provided. A normal and reverse rotational conveyer (18) for charging by switching to either one of the aggregate vibration screen (11) and cooling/dust-proof water addition apparatus (15) is provided to treat also oil-contaminated soil.
