PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like material excellent in appearance, touch feeling and physical properties and being environmentally-friendly and to provide a method for producing the sheet-like material and to provide interior materials, textile materials and industrial materials by using the sheet-like material. SOLUTION: The sheet-like material is obtained by entangling and integrating a nonwoven fabric composed of ultrafine fibers having≥0.001 dtex and≤0.5 dtex average single fiber fineness with a woven fabric and/or a knitted fabric. The sheet-like material comprises a self-emulsifiable polyurethane. In the sheet-like material, the self-emulsifiable polyurethane is not substantially firmly attached to the ultrafine fibers and the self-emulsifiable polyurethane has a pore-free structure and a cross-linked structure with siloxane bond is provided in the self-emulsifiable polyurethane molecular structure.
