PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a solvent type repeelable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition able to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer excellent in high speed peelability for applying to a surface protection film for optical films and provide a repeelable pressure-sensitive adhesive product having good characteristics. SOLUTION: The solvent type repeelable pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises a high Tg polymer (A) having≥0°C glass transition temperature (Tg), a low Tg polymer (B) having a Tg lower than that of the high Tg polymer and expressing pressure-sensitive adhesive properties and a solvent. In the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained from the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, the high Tg polymer (A) and the low Tg polymer (B) are incompatible with each other and form a sea-island structure.
