PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor surface cleaning device which can turn a turning pipe without reducing the pressure of cleaning solvent injected from a cleaning nozzle applied on the floor surface. SOLUTION: The cleaning solvent W supplied into a turning shaft 19 flows through a vertical channel 71 and is led to horizontal channels 73 on right and left. The cleaning solvent W then flows into turning pipes 31 on right and left and a part of the solvent is injected towards the reverse direction of the turning direction C parallel to a floor surface A from a turning injection nozzle 85 of a turning force generating block 81 to turn the turning pipes 31 in the turning direction C. On the other hand the remaining cleaning solvent W flowing inside the turning pipes 31 is led to the cleaning nozzle 39 through a nozzle installing member 35, injected from an opening 63 vertically downwards, and used for cleaning the floor surface A.
