<p>Constructive disposal applied to extration equipment with synchronized rotary device to provide adjustable flow for bulk solids difficut to handle', represents an invention of a new solution comprising a device with rotary cylindes (1) with claws (2) which may turn in the same direction or in counter-directions, lined up (1) or dislocated (16), driven through a ratchet system or equivalent (3), making an arch (15) between the cylinders (1) with the compacted material (4) to be extracted (4). the higher is the material pile (9) inside the Silo (8), more compact and more difficults is the material extraction. The principle of this extraction is to occur when the compèacted material (4) falls as a consequence of the rotation of cylinders with claws (1 & 2), when driven. The non compacted material (5) then is directed to troughs (10) to a conveyor (12) which may be of any kind, for example screw (11), chains or belts, installed to dose and vonvey the extracted material (5). The proportions of the cylinders and clas, speeds, material bulk size and density, extraction conveyors type and speeds will determine and adjust the extraction rate. The adjustable parameters will be regulated by electromechanical and electronic devices which synchronize the whole system (1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12).</p> |
