<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for raising operating efficiency of a process operation while reducing burden of a personnel in charge, when a process operation which needs a precedence operation is requested in an office management system. <P>SOLUTION: In the office management system which is equipped with; a center device 1 installed in a management center which concentrates and manages business forms of a plurality of stores; and store terminals 4 installed in a plurality of stores and linked to the center device 1, the store terminal 4 has a means to transmit business form data of a business form to the center device 1, and the center device 1 has; a means to store unprocessed business form list 15 which includes business form information of business form data which is not processed yet; a means to receive the business form data from the store terminal 4; a business form data storing means to store received business form data; a means to read the stored business form data; a means to recognize necessity of precedence processing of the read business form data; a means to check a registration status of the precedence processing when the recognition result indicates necessity of precedence processing; and a means to write business form information in the unprocessed business form list 15 when a registration status of the precedence processing is registration completed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
