A cosmetics applying implement is provided to facilitate its manufacturing and to reduce its production cost by applying simple supplying structure, and to improve remarkably cosmetics supplying and applying performance. A cosmetics applying implement comprises: a case(10) having a filling space(11) filled with cosmetics; an applying body(31) to be used for applying cosmetics on skin; a pushing implement(21) pushing cosmetic liquid toward the applying body; a wrinkled plate(22) to be compressed or restored by the pushing implement; and an opening and closing part(23) formed in a unit on the wrinkled plate. |
