PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can realize a novel display style incapable of being performed by a conventional display device using a light guide plate in game hall facilities. SOLUTION: The display device is provided with a first light guide plate 11 and a second light guide plate 20 laminated on the reverse side of the first light guide plate 11. The light guide plate 11 is a known light guide plate made of an acrylic plate, and a recessed groove 16 for display is formed on the reverse side 11b thereof when necessary. The second light guide plate 20 includes many blade plates 23. The blade plates 23 are lit by an LED 25 such that a blade plate at a longer distance from the LED 25 is irradiated with weaker light. According to this invention, a gradation display is realized by the blade plates 23 and the display having three-dimentional effect is attained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
