PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method for a concrete form, which is excellent in economical efficiency and functionality, and which forms the concrete form with a trimming board provided inside a form panel, so as to discharge redundant water and air in concrete in the curing/hardening of concrete. SOLUTION: This forming method for forming the concrete form comprises: a step (S11) of installing the form panel 3 in a predetermined position; a step of (S12) of fixing a fiber board 30 with rigidity, which is molded by press molding, onto the inner surface of the form panel 3; a step (S13) of molding a porous film 20 in accordance with the shape of the fiber board 30; and a step (S14) of detachably sticking the porous film 20, which is provided with many fine pores permitting the passage of the water and the air while inhibiting the passage of cement particles and the one surface of which is provided with an adhesive layer, on the surface of the fiber board 30.
