PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly perform operation assistance only at a required time by determining whether or not operation assistance at a curve is performed based on a presumed vehicle state at passing through a front side curve of the vehicle and the allowable vehicle state at passing through the curve of a driver. SOLUTION: The vehicle state at passing through a front side curve of the vehicle is presumed based on the present position of the vehicle, the curve information on the front side of the vehicle and the present vehicle state (1a), and the allowable vehicle state at passing through the curve of the drive is presumed based on the stored past vehicle state at passing through the curve (1b). It is determined whether or not the operation assistance at the curve is performed based on the presumed vehicle state at passing through the curve on the front side of the vehicle and the allowable vehicle state at passing through the curve of the driver (1c, 1d).
