<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and safely communicate management data by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A home MFP (Multi Function Peripheral) 20 and Not home MFPs 30-50 are managed by a management server 1, and the management server 1 and the home MFP 20 can communicate with each other. When the management server 1 desires to acquire management information of each the MFP 20-50, a data analysis instruction is transmitted to the home MFP 20 from the management server 1. The instruction is performed from the home MFP 20 to each Not home MFP 30-50 such that each Not home MFP 30-50 analyzes its own state or operation history.
