<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high humidity conditioning effect while performing indoor air cooling or heating, and to dispose of dew condensation water generated on a cooled/heated part during cooling. <P>SOLUTION: A heat source body10 10 and a humidity conditioning body 11 are arranged in parallel with each other through an air layer 12, and a water discharge portion 14 is formed to discharge the dew condensation water generated in the air layer 12. The inside of a room is heated/cooled by the heat source body 10 through the air layer 12 and the indoor-side humidity conditioning body 11, and a comfortable indoor humidity can be kept by the indoor-side humidity conditioning body 11.
