PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting portion structure of a door opening/closing handle device, which facilitates the operation of mounting a door opening/closing handle on a door. SOLUTION: This door opening/closing handle device 1 comprises: a vertically long fixed case 3 in which a flange portion 2 overhanging on the entire perimeter is formed at a front end; the rotatable handle 4 which is supported by a front portion of the fixed case 3; a claw piece 5 which is provided on the backside of the fixed case 3, connected to the handle 4, and turned in the range of 90°; and a fastening screw 8 which is attached in a recess 6 formed in a vertical central portion on the backside of the fixed case 3. The fixed case 3 is fitted into a mounting hole 9 which is formed in the door 10, until an inner surface of the flange portion 2 abuts on the front surface of the door 10 around the mounting hole 9; a supporting fitting 11 is slid and fitted between a head 8a of the fastening screw 8 and an inner surface of the door 10; both ends of the supporting fitting 11 face the inner surface of the door 10 in the side portion of the mounting hole 9; and the fastening screw 8 is fastened.
