The invention relates to a dispenser (1) for powder compounds (30), in pa rticular medications from a blister pack (25), the rounded cavities (26) of which can be brought by stepwise movement into an emptying position inside a dispenser housing (4), and in said emptying position the medication can be opened by means of a needle (31) and emptied by means of a vacuum stream (a) which leads to a nozzle (6). In order to achieve an optimal emptying of the cavities, the needle (31) travels crosswise through the casing wall of the cavities/blisters (29), and both pierced holes (67), which are open followin g retraction of the needle (31), lie in the path of the vacuum stream to the nozzle (6). |
