PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform smooth filling work of a heat insulating concentrate solution from one injection port. SOLUTION: A partition member mounting part 21 for mounting a partition member 11 projected from an inner box 5 toward an internal space formed by an outer box 3 and the inner box 5 is provided with a heat insulating material guide receiving surface 27 receiving the heat insulating concentrate solution directly from the injection port 25 to be filled into the internal space and guiding the heat insulating concentrate solution upward and downward.
