PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion device enhancing flame holding property, hardly influenced by the thermal deformation of a constitutive member. SOLUTION: The combustion device comprises a laminated flame holding body formed by laminating a plurality of plate members 24, 25; a lower support member 22 provided in a lower position of the laminated flame holding body; an upper support member 23 provided in an upper position of the laminated flame holding body; and a shielding member 30 provided between the lower support member 22 and the upper support member 23. A part of the shielding member 30 provided on the outer surface side of the laminated flame holding body is in a non-contact state with at least one of the lower support member 22 and upper support member 23 in the laminated direction of the plate members 24, 25 in the laminated flame holding body.
