PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment for conveying a tunnel material, which can dispense with a sleeper or reduce the numbers of the sleepers for use. SOLUTION: Road-surface assembling equipment 7, which constructs a planar road surface 6 by assembling block-like precast members 2a and 2b, is arranged in a tunnel 5 in the rear of a shield excavator 4. The precast members 2a and 2b are sequentially assembled together by the equipment 7, so that the road surface 6 can be sequentially extended. A subsequent truck 9 for supporting a conveying crane 8 for conveying a segment 1 to the shield excavator 4 is traveled on the road surface 6 in such a manner as to follow the shield excavator 4.
