PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a power takeoff clutch operation structure of a work vehicle to perform a manual operation to the actuating and stopping state of a power takeoff operation means, and a manual operation to the transmission and cutoff state of a power takeoff clutch without a sense of incongruity when the structure is provided with the power takeoff operation means. SOLUTION: This structure comprises the power takeoff operation means for operating a power takeoff clutch 29 to a cutoff state accompanied by the upward driving of a link mechanism 6, and operating the power takeoff clutch 29 to a transmission state accompanied by the downward driving of the link mechanism 6. The power takeoff switch 33 is constituted operable to a transmission position in which the power takeoff operation means is operated to the stop state and the power takeoff clutch 29 is operated to the transmission state, a cutoff position in which the power takeoff operation means is operated to the stop state and the power takeoff clutch 29 is operated to the cutoff state, and an automatic position in which the power takeoff operation means is operated to the actuation state.
