<p>The invention is related to a pharmaceutical composition comprising repaglinide in combination with metformin or a salt thereof in unit dosage form wherein a pre-formulation of the repaglinide has a pH independent dissolution profile and a relative humidity of less than about 25 % prior to mixing with the metformin or a salt thereof; and optionally one or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients and to a method for its preparation.</p>
