<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor element, an optical semiconductor device, and a mobile telephone which can be downsized further. <P>SOLUTION: An optical semiconductor element 10 comprises a light-receiving portion 11 which receives light and outputs a current signal and has a photodiode PD 1 and a photodiode PD 2, a current amplifier 12 which amplifies the current signal from the light-receiving portion 11 as an input current signal and which has a first current mirror circuit 121 and a second current mirror circuit 122, a power terminal Vcc for supplying power to the first current mirror circuit 121 and the second current mirror circuit 122 of the current amplifier 12 from the outside, and an output terminal Iout for outputting an output current signal from the current amplifier 12 to the outside.
