PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detachment preventing force while maintaining durability to bending moment, shearing force, and the like to the utmost. SOLUTION: A spigot pipe part 2 is fitted and connected to a socket pipe part 1 bendably within a fixed range. A sealing means A is provided for sealing between the facing surfaces of an outer peripheral surface 2a of the spigot pipe part 2 and an inner peripheral surface 1a of the socket pipe part 1, and a fixing connection means C is provided for fixing and connecting the socket pipe part 1 and the spigot pipe part 2 in a state of preventing relative movement in a direction of a pipe axis X.
