PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease voltage applied to both ends of a device constructing a power supply unit.

SOLUTION: These units include a boosting power supply portion (11) for boosting a first output node (Nout1) connecting a load (14) to a first output voltage (Vout1) higher than an input voltage Vin, and an inverted power supply portion (12) for invertedly boosting a second output node (Nout2) connecting a load 14 to the input voltage Vin and a reverse voltage and for outputting a second output voltage (Vout2).
