<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated inductor that is capable of sufficiently attaining enhancement in DC superimposing characteristics while an initial inductance value is high. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated inductor L1 has a laminate 1 constituted of a plurality of magnetic substances 4 and a plurality of non-magnetic substances 5, where a magnetic substance layer and conductor patterns C1-C16 are laminated and coils 11-14 are formed inside in the plurality of magnetic substances 4. The nonmagnetic substances 5 are provided among respective magnetic substances 4 and over the entire surface of a surface crossing the direction of the axial center of the coils 11-14 in the laminate 1; and the magnetic substances 4 have nonmagnetic substance patterns D1-D8 that come into contact with the conductor patterns C1-C16 and are provided along a direction where the conductor patterns C1-C16 are extended among the conductor patterns C1-C16 that oppose one another in a lamination direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
