PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe having simple construction functioning to prevent freezing or to melt ice while effectively heating itself at its desired position. SOLUTION: The pipe comprises a pipe body 11, an orifice 12 as a magnetic member having a through-hole 12a as part of a flow path in the pipe body 11, and a coil 13 provided outside the pipe body 11 and adapted to be energized to form a magnetic field in the pipe body 11 which generates an eddy current in the orifice 12.
