PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for assembling ECU casings into a central ECU mounting box, even if the numbers of pins and holes do not match between the connectors of the central ECU mounting box side and those of the ECU casing side, and to simplify the structure of the central ECU mounting box. SOLUTION: This structure comprises the ECU casings 10, which have male connectors 11 outside, the central ECU mounting box 20 of a frame shape, which has a through hole 20a, and a connector holder 30, which has female connectors 31 connectable to the male connectors 11 and is formed in such a way as to be fitted into the through hole 20a. The connector holder 30 is inserted and assembled from one side of the through hole 20a of the central ECU mounting box 20. With the connector holder assembled into the ECU mounting box, the ECU casings 10 are inserted and assembled from the other side of the through hole 20a, so that the connection of both connectors 11, 31 to each other is finished.
