PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable feeding bottle of a disposable type, which is capable of solving the problems of a nipple, formed of silicone rubber considering tactile feeling, flexibility, chemical resistance, innocuousness, etc. SOLUTION: The device is composed of a cylindrical hard holder H for a liner, which opened at the upper and lower ends, and see-through, a thin tube-shaped milk holding liner L to be installed inside the holder, the nipple 1 integrally molded from silicone rubber similarly as the liner in such a way as to communicate with an upper edge of an inner hole of the liner, and a nipple protecting top hood F and a bottom cap B respectively put detachably to cover opening parts at the upper and lower ends of the holder. Desired milk M is injected from an inner hole at the lower end of the upward tube-shaped liner, protruded parts of the liner from the holder for the liner is bent, and the protruded parts bent as the bottom cap is engaged is pressed and sealed, thereby milk is enclosed in the liner.
