<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilling shaft-supporting structure which can discharge unnecessary liquids such as muddy water and the like invaded into an installation space for bearing members and seal members inserted between the outside surface of the tilling shaft and the inner circumference of a bearing unit irrespective of rotation directions of the tilling shaft, while effectively preventing invasion of dust such as weeds, mud and the like into the installation space. <P>SOLUTION: A slit 133 for forward rotation and a slit 134 for reverse rotation are installed to a dust cover 130. The slit 133 for forward rotation is inclined so that it is located on the opposite side to the direction of the forward rotation of a connection flange 111b, as it locates from the inside toward the outside in a vehicle width direction. Furthermore, the slit 134 for reverse rotation extends toward the forward rotation direction of the connection flange 111b from the inside end of the vehicle width direction of the slit 133 for forward rotation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
