摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact positioning device with which a laminated type piezoelectric element is installed. <P>SOLUTION: The positioning device comprises a laminated type piezoelectric element 10 with a lead member taken out from a lower end surface, a base seat member 51 supporting the lamination-type piezoelectric element 10 having hole parts 62a,62b for leading through outside a screw cut column part 61 and the lead member, a cylindrical member 52, mounted in the lamination type piezoelectric element 10, in such a manner as to be brought into contact with its upper end surface by inserting the columnar part 61 into an inner hole, a disc spring 53 held to the upper part of the cylindrical member 52 by inserting the columnar part 61 into the inner hole, a nut member 54 that comes into contact with the disc spring 53 to be fixed to the point end of the column part 61, in such a manner that prescribed holding force is applied to the lamination type piezoelectric element 10 between the cylindrical member 52 and the base seat member 51 via the disc spring 53, and a cover member 55 fitted to the cylindrical member 52 for covering the lamination-type piezoelectric element 10, to expansion drive the lamination type piezoelectric element 10, so as to move the cover member 55 via the cylindrical member 52 in accordance with the displacement generated in the lamination-type piezoelectric element 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
