PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remotely obtain alarm information from an alarm installed in a subscriber's house and to remotely control the alarm installed in the subscriber's house without loading an Internet network. SOLUTION: The remote crime prevention management system has alarms 14, 15 which output the alarm information informing presence/absence of an abnormality, an optical access line which transmits an OAM frame loading the alarm information through an OAM path and a base station 11 which informs a predetermined information destination of an alarm when the alarm information is received.
