PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor capable of facilitating opening and closing of an inner deck cover. SOLUTION: A plurality of the inner deck covers are constituted by fixed inner deck covers 3, and a detachable inner deck cover 4 detachably provided between the two fixed inner deck covers 3, and the detachable inner deck cover 4 is equipped with two plate shaped members 4c and 4d, a hinge 4a with a spring for connecting the plate shaped members 4c and 4d, and a claw part 4b provided on the two plate shaped members 4c and 4d and abutted to back surfaces of the two fixed inner deck covers 3.
