摘要 A fine quantitative trait mapping is provided to supply direct information regarding genetic background of the trait related to quantity by identifying a specific quantitative trait locus involving with enhancing the yield of Oryza sativa. A fine quantitative trait mapping of Oryza sativa comprises quantitative trait loci(QTL) involving with yield-enhancement and prepared by using QTL analysis through backcrossing Oryza rufipogon as a pollen parent and Oryza sativa as a seed parent, wherein the QTL includes gw9-1, sn9-1, gn9-1, den9-1, pl9-1 and yd9-1.
