PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a decorative portion as a mirror having a limited reflectivity which is installed in various electronic apparatuses such as a television receiver, easily and at a low cost. SOLUTION: The decorative panel portion installed in an electronic apparatus equipped with a mirror-like decorative panel portion has such a structure as to include a transparent plate 21 which is so colored as to have a limited transmissivity and a mirror ink layer 22 formed by printing or applying mirror ink on the rear face of the transparent plate 21.
