PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device having a plurality of antenna units which are juxtaposed, which can sufficiently secure the GND of each amplification circuit by preventing unwanted radiation caused by an inflow of the noise of one antenna unit into an amplification circuit of the other antenna unit. SOLUTION: The antenna device 1 is provided with a first circuit board 23 and a second circuit board 31 independently provided and juxtaposed in a substrate surface direction, an antenna element 21 disposed on the first circuit board 23, and a coaxial connector 5 substantially vertically attached to the one circuit board on a position between the first and the second circuit boards 23, 31. The GND wiring of the one circuit board is connected to the GND wiring of the other circuit board via a conductive plate 6 for crosslinking the first and the second circuit boards 23 and 31, and both the GND wiring are connected to an external conductor 51 of the coaxial connector 5 for supplying GND potential.
