PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple binding tool with an information display function. SOLUTION: This binding tool 1a, structured with two wires 2, 3 arranged in parallel. The gap between their longitudinal center parts is widened and spread with a plastic film 4 laminate.
