PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall prevention device for toilet, which can be simply applied to the toilet bowl without an apparatus for preventing an occupier from falling down sideways from the bowl, simply be removed if necessary, and prevent the occupier from being injured or the like by securely supporting him/her at the fall. SOLUTION: A pair of right and left anti-fall units 1 are disposed in both sides of the bowl B. The unit 1 comprises an air-expanded body 2 with an approximately equal height with that of the bowl B and a pair of reinforcing sheets 3 capable of being equipped on upper and lower faces of the body 2. A side of the body 2 has an arched face 2r contouring a side figure of the bowl B. The upper end of the arched face 2r is provided with fixation belts 6 fitted with Hook-and-Loop fasteners 7a and 7b for fixing the body 2 to a closet seat Bz of the bowl B and connecting belts 8 fitted with Hook-and-Loop fasteners 9a and 9b for connecting the right and left air-expanded bodies 2 as well.
