<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell capable of suppressing electrical contact resistivity of a junction surface between single cells when laminating the flat single cells of the solid oxide fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: In a stack 1 of a fuel electrode support-type solid oxide fuel cell formed by laminating, connecting in serial, and sintering a plurality of single cells 2 with applying a conductive paste between an air electrode film 5 and an inter-connector film 6 of the single cell 2 which includes a fuel electrode substrate 3, a solid electrolyte film 4 deposited on either one of a front surface or a rear surface of a plate of the fuel electrode substrate 3, the air electrode film 5 made by porous materials deposited on the solid electrolyte film 4, and the inter-connector film 6 deposited on the other surface of the fuel electrode substrate 3, the conductive paste includes material powders of the air electrode that is material powders forming the air electrode film 5, thickeners, and a humectant including at least one or more organic solvents. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
