PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily operable washing machine which can memorize habitual washing motion of a user and attain a washing course corresponding to the habit. SOLUTION: The washing machine is equipped with a selection means to select one course from a plurality of washing courses and operate the course, a time counting means to a count current time, a memory means to sum up and memorize the number of times of selection of selection courses selected by the selection means by selected predetermined time zones, and a course determination means to determines the optimum washing course, on the basis of the number of times of selection by the predetermined time zones memorized by the memory means.
