<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of retransmission processing. <P>SOLUTION: The communication equipment which transfers data through a wireless LAN to other communication equipment is provided with a notifying means for detecting the start and end of the frame of a moving video image and notifying a communication means for performing access control over a wireless LAN relating to a low-order layer of information indicating that the start of the frame of the moving video image is detected and information indicating that the end of the frame of the moving video image is detected.
