<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate adequacy not only from production tact time (Chip per Hour) but also from the point of cost for a production line for mounting parts on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: Production result data including information related to the cost required for production in each apparatus such as the number of parts to be mounted on the substrate is successively collected on line during production.
